Services and prices
The prices shown on the site are from prices: they represent a starting point, not a fixed price. The final cost of each job depends on the state of the site, the complexity and the agreed scope, and is confirmed in a quote before work begins.
Free audit
The audit requested through the form is free and with no obligation. The report is for information purposes: it indicates the possible interventions but does not guarantee specific results, which also depend on external factors (hosting, themes, plugins and third-party configurations).
Quotes and assignments
An assignment is considered accepted upon written confirmation of the quote. Before every intervention we take a backup of the site’s state. It is the client’s responsibility to provide correct access and to hold the necessary rights over the materials and software involved.
Timing and collaboration
The timings shown are good-faith estimates and may vary depending on the client’s response, the hosting and factors outside our control. Some interventions require the collaboration of the hosting provider or third-party suppliers.
Limitation of liability
We work with the utmost care, but we cannot guarantee the complete absence of malfunctions caused by third-party components, later updates or changes made by others after delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Payments
Payment methods and terms are stated in the quote. For services already carried out and delivered, no refund is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
