Millisecondi is a service operated by Flagifa. This notice describes how Flagifa processes the personal data of the site’s users, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Flagifa, VAT no. IT05613740876, with registered office at Via S. Maria La Stella 78, int. 1, 95025 Aci S. Antonio (CT), Italy. For any request you can write to info@millisecondi.com.
2. What data we collect
- Audit form data: your website address, email address and any note you send us.
- Direct contact: the data you share by contacting us via WhatsApp or email (number, name, message content).
- Technical browsing data: the site is static and uses no profiling cookies. The hosting provider may record technical logs (e.g. IP address) for security and operation.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
- To respond to your audit or contact request and send you the report: legal basis being consent and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Any subsequent contractual relationship, if you decide to hire us for a job: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b).
- Legal obligations, such as tax obligations, for assignments given (art. 6.1.c).
- Site security: technical logs to prevent attacks and malfunctions, based on our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
4. How the form messages are handled
The audit form is submitted through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards the form content to our mailbox. FormSubmit acts as an external processor for message delivery only. We don’t run automatic newsletters: we use your email solely to reply about your request.
5. Who we share data with
We don’t sell or trade your data. It may be processed, on our behalf and within the limits of the service, by the technical providers needed to run the site and communications:
- the hosting provider that serves the site;
- the FormSubmit service, for forwarding the form messages;
- the WhatsApp operator (Meta), if you contact us through the WhatsApp button;
- the accounting and tax advisors of the controller, for legal obligations tied to an assignment.
The data is never disclosed, sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the providers above (for example FormSubmit, Meta and the hosting provider) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other safeguards provided by the GDPR.
7. How long we keep it
- Audit and contact requests that don’t lead to a relationship are deleted when no longer necessary to reply.
- Assignment data, if you hire us, is kept for the duration of the relationship and, for accounting and tax records, for 10 years as required by law (art. 2220 Italian Civil Code).
- Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security, and no longer than 12 months.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data at any time, as well as object to processing and withdraw consent, by writing to info@millisecondi.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.
9. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated at any time. The current version is always available at this address; the date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.
